OUR COMPANY
Alt Street Property Group is a property investment and development company that hold long term property assets in the UK. Established in 2017 in Milton Keynes, Alt St Property revives tired, unloved houses and turns them into modern accommodation for young families as a long term solution.
A sister company, named Alt Street Room Solutions was established in 2019, providing design led accommodation by room via House of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs), catering for young professionals in nearby Northampton.

The business has developed a sister company named Alt Street Room Solutions and has expanded into the premium end, House of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs) space in Northampton in 2019.
ALT STREET COMMERCIAL
This business houses our mixed use block of flats and commercial unit which is currently leased to a Greek Take Away operator and was established in 2023.
